"Good selection, but I wish there were more options"
Well... listenup has a decent selection of audio gear, especially if you’re looking for bigger-name brands or home theater equipment. I found a few nice things browsing around.
I was kind of hoping to see more budget-friendly choices though, especially for headphones. A couple of categories felt a little limited, so I ended up checking other sites to compare.
Overall, it’s not a bad place to shop, but it didn’t totally wow me. If you like having tons of options before making a decision, you might feel like it could use a bit more variety

"Shipping took forever"
I ordered from ListenUp and got annoyed with how long the delivery took. They gave one estimate, but it ended up taking way longer, and the tracking barely changed the whole time. I had to message them just to figure out what was going on, which was frustrating. The item showed up fine in the end, but the waiting around was a pain.

"Easy to Use, but Could Use Clearer Instructions"
I had a smooth time using ListenUp and was able to find what I needed without much trouble. The pages loaded fine, the menu was easy enough to follow, and checkout was simple overall. I do think a few instructions could be a bit clearer in some spots, just to make the process feel even more straightforward.

"Customer service really took forever"
I reached out to support hoping they could help, but it really felt like it took forever to get anywhere. Even after waiting, they barely helped me at all.

I bought a set of bookshelf speakers from ListenUp, and the guy I spoke with really seemed to know his stuff. He talked through specs, amp matching, and room size in a way that actually made sense, not like you were just getting someone reading off a product page.
Shipping turned out fine, though the update emails were a little slower than I would’ve liked. The price felt fair, and the advice definitely helped me feel better about the purchase, so I’d give it 4 stars.

"Maybe I expected too much, but replies were hard to get"
I was disappointed with the communication, to be honest. I emailed and followed up, and maybe I’m being impatient, but it really felt like no one was checking or taking it seriously. It took way too long just to get a basic answer. I kept wondering if I’d misunderstood how responsive they were supposed to be, but either way it wasn’t what I expected. I don’t think I’d use them again.

"Good value, even though I felt a little pressured"
I checked a few other places before ordering, and the prices here seemed fair. It wasn’t the absolute cheapest option, but for what I got, the value felt solid. I did feel a little pressured to make a decision quickly since I didn’t want the price to change, but overall the order went fine and shipping was decent. I’d probably use listenup.com again if the pricing stays in this range.

"Sound is ridiculously good for the price"
I wasn’t expecting much, but the sound is way better than I thought it’d be. Everything comes through really clear, and the bass actually hits nicely too. Kind of ridiculous how good it sounds

"Solid install, just started a little late"
Overall, I’m happy with how it went. The installer seemed to know exactly what they were doing, and everything looks nice and clean now. They also walked me through the basics before they left, which I appreciated. Only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because they showed up a bit late, but the install itself was really good, so..

"Tech support really came through"
I was getting frustrated trying to get my new receiver set up the right way, so I was relieved when tech support answered fairly quickly. They walked me through everything in a way that actually made sense and didn’t make me feel dumb for not knowing what I was doing. It took a little longer than I wanted, but once it was finally working, I felt a lot better about the whole thing. Overall, I’m glad they were patient and got it sorted out.

I ordered from ListenUp the return process left me feeling unsure the whole time. The instructions on the site weren’t clear enough for me, so I ended up emailing more than once just to make sure I was doing everything right.
The refund also took longer than I expected, and I kept checking my account because I wasn’t sure what was going on. I really would’ve appreciated clearer updates or just a little reassurance along the way. Maybe other people have had a smoother experience, but I don’t think I’d order from them again.
